JaguarRSR is disappointed to have to withdraw the #81 JaguarRSR XKR GT2 from the 1000km of Zhuhai prematurely.

JaguarRSR is ready to take on the 1000km of Zhuhai challenge tomorrow after qualifying 7th in the GT2 class in the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup in China.

JaguarRSR announces its plans to travel to the other side of the world for one last race in 2010. The team will field a JaguarRSR XKR GT2 in the final round of the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, the 1000 km of Zhuhai in China, November 7.

It was a proud moment when two JaguarRSR XKR GT2s took the green flag in today’s Petit Le Mans Powered by Mazda2. It became a disappointment when both cars had to retire prematurely due to cooling related issues.

It has been an eventful week for the JaguarRSR team at Road Atlanta in preparation to run two JaguarRSR XKR GT2s for Saturday’s Petit Le Mans Powered by Mazda2, the season finale of the 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón.

JaguarRSR is pleased to announce that Andy Wallace will join the team’s two-car effort for the Petit Le Mans, the final round of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón series, September 29 – October 2.

JaguarRSR will run two Jaguar XKR GT2s in the 13th annual Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta, the season finale of the 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón, and announces the driver lineup for the #33 car which will include Paul Gentilozzi, Butch Leitzinger and Tomy Drissi.

Another good effort was put forth by JaguarRSR this weekend which resulted in their third top-ten finish of the year in today’s Mobil 1 presents the Grand Prix of Mosport – Round 8 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón.

JaguarRSR continues to close in on the GT leaders and earns its first top-ten qualifying result en route to tomorrow’s Mobil 1 presents the Grand Prix of Mosport, Round 8 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón.

Despite a very short turn-around, JaguarRSR has recovered from last weekend’s disappointing early retirement at Road America and revived the JaguarRSR XKR GT for its first appearance north of the border this weekend in Round 8 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón at Mosport International Raceway.

It was a busy weekend for the JaguarRSR team at Road America for Round 7 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón. The drivers, engineers, crew worked hard to make more gains in the JaguarRSR XKR GT, but unfortunately did not have the chance to see the end result on-track.

With two solid consecutive top-ten runs in the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón, the JaguarRSR team heads to Road America. Road America is a track that has that has been successful for Principal Partner Paul Gentilozzi and his former squads in Trans-Am and Champ Car. With reliability constant, the #75 JaguarRSR XKR GT will focus on how to reduce lap times and improve race performance.

By demonstrating consistent reliability, the JaguarRSR team was able to increase speeds and bring the #75 JaguarRSR XKR GT home to another top-ten GT class finish in Round 6 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón, the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Challenge.

JaguarRSR is coming off its first top-ten finish in the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón Series and heads to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for Round 6 with confidence they can keep moving up the field in the competitive GT class.

It may have not been the overall victory, but for JaguarRSR this weekend at Lime Rock Park for Round 5 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron, it was a moral victory to earn its first top-ten finish with the #75 JaguarRSR XKR GT.

The RSR team and Ryan Dalziel both possess podium results at Lime Rock Park this year; this weekend JaguarRSR will try for success with the XKR GT when they take the green flag for Round 5 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón.

After starting 11th on the GT grid for today’s Larry H. Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix, Round 4 of the 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón, the JaguarRSR team recuperates from a first lap incident to take the #75 JaguarRSR XKR GT to the finish line.

The JaguarRSR team returns to American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón competition after a six week break since the last event in Monterrey, California. After working out issues that occurred during the team’s last run at Le Mans, the return to competition is anticipated by both team and drivers as they gear up for Round 4 at Miller Motorsports Park, July 9-11.

Le Mans marked Jaguar’s return to motorsport. This was the much anticipated fourth race for the RSR team. We would like to thank the ACO and have been delighted with the support we have had from the public and the media.

The second and third qualifying sessions for the Le Mans 24 Hours saw the JaguarRSR team make valuable improvements from Wednesday. Ryan Dalziel, Paul Gentilozzi and Marc Goossens had adequate time behind the wheel and gains were made in time. Le Mans rookie Dalziel recorded the #81 JaguarRSR XKR GT2’s fastest lap of 4:12.431 minutes, putting it 15^th in class.

JaguarRSR had its first chance to run at Le Mans today fighting issues from the start, but ended the evening late with the #81 JaguarRSR XKR GT2 getting more situated for what the team hopes a strong performance tomorrow.

Jaguar returns to the starting grid at Le Mans on June 12, as the stunning XKR GT2 sports car lines up alongside the world’s leading endurance racers for the classic 24-hour event.  As Jaguar celebrates its 75th anniversary of building and racing cars, it is fitting that the British marque returns to competition at the circuit where it earned seven race wins between 1951 and 1990.

Ryan Dalziel, Marc Goossens and Paul Gentilozzi are the confirmed driver line-up for JaguarRSR at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. 2010 marks Jaguar’s return to the iconic Le Mans 24 Hours for the first time in 15 years.

Another milestone for the JaguarRSR XKR GT as it completed its first endurance run at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca during the six-hour American Le Mans Series Monterey Presented by Patron race.

The JaguarRSR XKR GT has increased its top speed and decreased lap times at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca since its first appearance last fall. From the time that the car rolled out of the JaguarRSR truck for the test session last night up to today’s qualifying session for the American Le Mans Series Monterey Present by Patron race, it has improved four seconds from its first showing and hopes to improve even more for tomorrow’s main event.

The JaguarRSR race team returns to California this week for Round Three of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. It was seven months ago that the JaguarRSR XKR GT took its first green flag on this very same track with Marc Goossens and Paul Gentilozzi behind the wheel. Ryan Dalziel joins the driver line-up in 2010 as the event duration has increased to a six-hour endurance run.

One step at time, each moment getting closer to the goal - that was the mindset for the JaguarRSR team in Long Beach as they took their first checkered flag with the #75 Jaguar XKR GT in Round 2 of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron.

JaguarRSR is off to a good start in Long Beach preparing for tomorrow’s second race of the 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón season, the Tequila Patrón American Le Mans Series at Long Beach.

Last year, RSR Principal Partner Paul Gentilozzi attended the Tequila Patrón American Le Mans Series at Long Beach event to unveil the JaguarRSR program which was formed to build and race the Jaguar XKR in the American Le Mans Series GT2 category. This year, the #75 JaguarRSR XKR GT will make its first run on the streets of Long Beach. Jaguar enthusiasts may be used to seeing the production car soar through downtown streets, but not its high performance racing counterpart. 

After all the hard work, all the long hours, the JaguarRSR team took the green flag to kick off the 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron season today in Sebring, Florida.

After a week of preparing for the season opener of the 2010 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron season, the JaguarRSR team had a successful qualifying run this afternoon in preparation for Saturday’s 58th Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring presented by Fresh from Florida.

The JaguarRSR race team is set to make its Sebring debut with the JaguarRSR XKR GT this weekend in the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron season opener, the 58th Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented by Fresh From Florida.

The pieces to the puzzle keep coming together for the JaguarRSR race program as the team announces today that Ryan Dalziel has been signed to the driver line up for competition in the 2010 American Le Mans Series.

JaguarRSR XKR GT2 confirmed for 24 hours of Le Mans in 2010 – the 75th year of Jaguar

The year 2010 marks 75 years of the Jaguar name on both road and race cars. As a continuation of this great heritage, Jaguar can confirm it will return to the famed Le Mans 24 hours. With a total of seven wins at Le Mans 24 hours between 1951 and 1990, Jaguar is the single most successful British make in the race’s history. Jaguar will return to its favourite hunting ground and will line up on the starting grid on 12th June 2010 with an XKR GT2 run by JaguarRSR. 

The JaguarRSR race team has confirmed that Marc Goossens will return to the #33 JaguarRSR XKR GT cockpit and compete in a full-season American Le Mans Series’ championship effort in 2010.
